1440.01 CODES ENFORCED.

   The term "applicable codes and ordinances," as referred to in this and other chapters of this Building and Housing Code, means:

   (a)   The International Building Code, as adopted in Chapter 1420 of this Building and Housing Code;

   (b)   The International Plumbing Code, as adopted in Chapter 1422;

   (c)   The National Electrical Code, as adopted in Chapter 1424;

   (d)   The International Mechanical Code, as adopted in Chapter 1426 ; and

   (e)   The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Chapter 1428 .
