1048.02 IMPOSITION OF SEWER RENT OR CHARGE.

There is hereby imposed upon each property served by the City sewage collection system and having the use thereof, a monthly sewer rent or charge, payable as hereinafter provided, for the use, whether direct or indirect, of the City sewage collection system, based on the rates set forth in Section 1048.03.
