No licensee under Section 836.07 et seq. shall refuse or otherwise fail to exhibit his or her license to any magistrate, policeman, resident or other person, upon demand, and such refusal or failure shall be presumptive evidence that the person is not duly licensed under this chapter.
The Director of Finance shall keep a record of all licensed transient photographers.
