(a) An application for a license required by Section 836.07 shall be made in writing to the Director of Finance at least ten days prior to the issuance of such license.
(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to issue a transient photographer's license upon payment by the applicant of the fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each and every day the applicant and/or his or her agent plans to do business in the City. Each application shall state the name and residence address of the applicant and the period of time the applicant desires to do business in the City.
