There is hereby established a special fund in the accounting records of the City, to be designated the Parking Revenue Fund, which Fund shall be opened and maintained by the City in one or more authorized depositories and which Fund shall be kept separate and distinct from all other accounts of the City and applied solely for the purposes stated in Section 480.10(d). There shall be credited to the Parking Revenue Fund all moneys received by the City pursuant to Chapters 480 through 484 of this Traffic Code.
