Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 440.01 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense, fifty dollars ($50.00) for the second offense, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the third offense, and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each subsequent offense.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 440.11 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first and second offense and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a third and subsequent offense.
