The Police Pension Fund Association shall establish a fund into which shall be deposited City appropriations, bequests, legacies, gifts or donations made to the fund, moneys subscribed by the public and/or moneys realized from the sale of unclaimed articles in possession of the police, which fund shall be known as the Police Pension Fund of the City.
