288.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICE PENSION FUND ASSOCIATION.

In accordance with the statutes of the Commonwealth, the Police Pension Fund Association of the City is hereby established, incorporated and approved by Council, constituting and having charge of the distribution of the Police Pension Fund for the members of the Department of Police.
