EDITOR'S NOTE: The position of City Treasurer was abolished, by implication, by Ordinance 4654, passed October 27, 1993, and by the Home Rule Charter for the City of Johnstown, adopted by the voters on May 18, 1993. Former subsection 230.01(a) was expressly repealed by Ordinance 4654. Former subsections 230.01(b) through (f) were recodified as new Section 236.17, as amended. Former Section 230.02 was recodified as new Section 236.18.
