7.04 PERSONNEL BOARD OF REVIEW.

The Personnel Board of Review shall consist of three electors of the Municipality who shall serve overlapping three-year terms. This board will be established as provided in Section 7.01 of this Charter.

(b) POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Personnel Board of Review shall have the power and duty to hear appeals from administrative determinations made pursuant to the Code of Personnel Practices and Procedures, and such other powers, duties and functions as provided by Council. The judgment of the Personnel Board of Review, for the purposes of the Municipality, shall be final.
