7.01 CREATION OF BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES.

The Municipality shall have a Planning and Zoning Commission and such other boards, commissions and committees as may be created by Council. A Personnel Board of Review shall be created when the merit system is adopted as described in Section 6.06(a) of this Charter.
