941.09 COMMERCIAL COLLECTIONS.

(a) No individual, firm, corporation or other association shall haul, transport or otherwise remove solid waste, bulk solid waste, garbage, trash, rubbish or debris from any commercial establishment without first having complied with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) The type of vehicles required shall be as found in Section 941.08(b).
