§ 54.56 COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.

   The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula:

   CW = CC + CD + CM + (Vu-x) CU + CS

   Where   CW = Amount of waste service charge per billing period.

      CD = Debt service charge (§ 54.52).

      CC = Capital improvement charge.

      CM = Minimum charge for operation, maintenance and replacement (§ 54.53).

      Vu = Wastewater volume for the billing period.

      X = Allowable consumption in gallons for the minimum charge (§ 54.53).

      CU = Basic user rate for operation, maintenance and replacement (§ 54.53).

      CS = Amount of surcharge (§§ 54.54 and 54.55).
