It shall be unlawful:
A. Water Pollution: To corrupt or render unwholesome or impure the water of any well, drinking hydrant or spring containing or producing water of drinking quality.
B. Sewage And Wastewater Discharges: To permit or cause the discharge of any untreated sewage, laundry waste, effluent from a septic tank or industrial wastes or other effluent which has not been treated so as to render it harmless or inoffensive or meets the purity standards of the Illinois environmental protection agency, upon the ground surface, upon a roadway, or into any abandoned well or mine shaft, pond, stream, river, lake or crevice.
C. Inoperable Vehicles: To keep or store any inoperable vehicle on public or private property unless said motor vehicle is kept within an enclosed building, is a historic vehicle with an antique vehicle plate, or is stored or kept on premises properly zoned for and engaged in the business of wrecking or junking motor vehicles.
D. Garbage And Debris: To keep or store garbage and debris on public or private property except in a state permitted landfill. (Ord. 2012-4, 2-14-2012)
