A. Purpose: The purpose of this chapter is to define and abate public nuisances in the unincorporated area of the county.
B. Conflicting Provisions: To the extent any prior ordinances enacted by the county board conflict or are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall control, and any such prior ordinances or parts thereof shall be deemed to be repealed to the extent as may be necessary to bring them into conformity with this chapter.
