§ 51.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Violation of §§ 51.01 or 51.02 shall be punishable by fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, for each separate act.
      (2)   A violation of § 51.01 or § 51.02 may be considered one which a legal remedy cannot recompense and therefore a violation hereof is subject to all equitable relief available, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.15 through 51.19 shall be guilty of a violation, and upon being found guilty the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time; for the second offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time; and for a third and each subsequence offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time.
