§ 51.02  DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE OF FOREIGN REFUSE UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   The delivery of such foreign refuse into the county shall be hereafter unlawful.
   (B)   The acceptance of such foreign refuse into the county shall be hereafter unlawful.
