(A) The last day of each month is hereby established as the monthly billing cutoff date. The due date for paying each monthly bill will be on the 10th day of the following month, and each customer will have until the 25th of that month to pay such bill.
(B) Any customer of the landfill that becomes 30 days or more delinquent past the due date in paying their previous month’s bill will be barred from dumping in the landfill until such bill is paid in full.
