§ 51.21 LANDFILL FEES.

The Jackson County landfill is hereby authorized to charge a fee of $20 each time an employee is requested by a customer to pull or off load materials to be dumped in the Class IV sight at the landfill. This fee shall be in addition to the tipping fee currently charged by the landfill.
