§ 52.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined according to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 52.40 through 52.44 is subject to a fine of $25 for a first offense, and $50 for each succeeding violation thereafter during each calendar year.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 52.63 shall be subject to a fine of up to $750 for each violation. Each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
