§ 52.44 EMERGENCY PERIODS.
   During periods of drought or other emergencies which have very adverse effects on the village water supply, and is so declared by the Village President, with prompt ratification by the Board of Trustees, and with a general notification to the public, all of the permitted uses may be temporarily banned and suspended.
