The Flood Plain FP-1 District shall be comprised of a parcel of land located in the flood plain of the city, between the toe of the floodwall where residentially zoned areas abut on the opposite side of the floodwall and the low water mark of the creek, stream or river adjoining it, as shown on the map attached to original Ordinance 88-10, passed May 26, 1988, and on file in the Mayor’s office.
