§ 864.01 DEFINITIONS.
   “Service work provider” means any person, entity, corporation, partnership, copartnership, limited partnership, or any employee or agent thereof, permanently or temporarily engaged in the business of providing manual labor or physical services to the public or members thereof, including, but not limited to, constructing, painting, building, repairing, contracting, landscaping, excavating, providing maintenance or janitorial service, delivery service, security, child or convalescent care.
   “Service work provider” does not include service provided by a charitable, religious or educational organization/minors, those under the age of 18 or those professions generally licensed or certified by state or federal agencies, including but not limited to physicians, accountants, attorneys, officers of the peace, real estate and insurance agencies, members of the psychiatric profession, and any other health care provider.
