§ 454.04 PARKING PROHIBITED IN METER SPACE.
   (a)   Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, no person shall park in a parking meter space when otherwise directed by a police officer or firefighter or when parking is prohibited by properly posted signs.
   (b)   Punishment shall be as provided in §§ 408.01, 408.02 and 454.10.
