§ 454.02 PARKING WITHIN MARKED LINES OF METER SPACE.
   (a)   No person shall park a vehicle in a parking meter space in such a way that the vehicle is not entirely within the limits of the space so designated by marked lines.
   (b)   Punishment shall be as provided in §§ 408.01, 408.02 and 454.10.
