§ 272.01 IRONTON PORT AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED.

A Port Authority is hereby created for the City of Ironton under the provision of Ohio R.C. 4582.22 and shall have the power and authority as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4582.21 to 4582.59.
