(a) The false alarm legislation, as adopted in Ordinance 02-44, passed August 22, 2002, is adopted by reference and incorporated as part of this Code as fully set out at length herein.
(b) The Police Chief shall maintain a separate log containing all false alarms and shall include all non-charged false alarms within the log, along with a description as to why the alarm was deemed non-chargeable.
