Standards of approval shall be as required by Section 1266.05(h) and (i) in addition to the following:
(a) The proposed AUH-PUD substantially meets the intent of the AUH-PUD District as stated in Section 1291.01 herein;
(b) The proposed AUH-PUD meets the Development Requirements as stated in Section 1291.04(d).
