Any violation described in a citation issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter may be settled, compromised and paid in the respective amounts set forth in the following schedule:
A. In the event that said payment is made within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the arrest ticket, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:
Violations of handicapped parking or fire lanes | $250.00 | |
All other parking violations except as specified above | 10.00 | |
No vehicle sticker | 25.00 | |
No display of vehicle sticker | 25.00 | |
No dog license | 25.00 | |
Dog running at large or animal waste violations | 25.00 | |
No business license | 25.00 | |
False alarms | In accordance with section 3-7-8 of this code | |
Any violation of the vehicle code adopted by reference in section 11-1-1 of this title, excluding violations that are traffic regulations governing the movement of vehicles and except any reportable violations under section 6-204 of said vehicle code | $25.00 | |
B. In the event that payment has not been made within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the arrest ticket but prior to thirty (30) days thereafter, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:
Violations of handicapped parking or fire lanes | $350.00 | |
All other parking violations except as specified above | 25.00 | |
No vehicle sticker | 40.00 | |
No display of vehicle sticker | 40.00 | |
No dog license | 40.00 | |
Dog running at large or animal waste violations | 40.00 | |

C. In the event that payment has not been made within the thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the arrest ticket but prior to sixty (60) days thereafter, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:

D. In the event that payment has not been made within sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the arrest ticket but prior to the filing of a complaint in the circuit court, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:
