§ 121.22 CARE OF VEHICLES AFTER CLOSING TIME.

   When vehicles are not called for at closing time, the attendant shall leave the keys and parking coupon for safekeeping at a place within a reasonable distance of the parking lot or garage, with a responsible person whose name and address shall be posted in a conspicuous place on said premises.

§ 121.23 CONDITION OF VEHICLES; DISPLAYING OF VEHICLES FOR SALE.

   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park or store any vehicle in any parking lot, unless otherwise authorized pursuant to §§ 121.01 through 121.45, which is not in condition ready for use, or to permit the parking of any abandoned, junked or partially disabled vehicle in such parking lot.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use any parking lot for storage or parking of any motor vehicle, unless otherwise authorized pursuant to §§ 121.01 through 121.45, for the purpose of displaying the same for sale, or to use any parking lot or portion thereof as an automobile repair shop.
