This license shall expire May 1 of each year and may be renewed by application to the City Clerk upon payment to the City Treasurer of the sum as specified in the resolution of City Council and the continuation of said bond, provided by the City Clerk, has not received any written objections are so filed, the licensee shall apply to the Board of Zoning Appeals for renewal of his license in the same manner as a new licensee makes his application.
