For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARAGE. A building, shed or enclosure, or any portion thereof, in which more than five motor vehicles may be parked, stored, housed or kept, for which any charge is made.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobile, truck, motor scooter or other self-propelled vehicle not operated on tracks or from trolleys.
PARKING LOT. Any outdoor space, or uncovered plot, place, lot, parcel, yard or enclosure, or any portion thereof, where more than five motor vehicles may be parked, stored, housed or kept, for which any charge is made.
