§ 97.051  COMPLETION OF WORK; DELAYS.
   All work done in public rights-of-way performed by hand shall be allowed under the condition that said work is to be done expediently and without stoppages. Any such unwarranted or unreasonable delay or cessation of work shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter.
