§ 97.049  LIGHTS AND BARRICADES.
   All obstructions are to be fenced in or barricaded at all times and properly lighted between sunset and sunrise.  This requirement is to be fulfilled by the permit holder, and in the event it is not done it shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter.
