§ 97.030 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to cut, alter or change or to cause the same to be done to any concrete or other curb in or upon any street, road or public place within the city, without first having obtained a permit. In all cases such permit shall only authorize such work to be done by the Department of Public Services upon payment to the City Treasurer of a permit fee of $50 for the first 25 lineal feet of curb to be cut or any fraction thereof. Each additional foot is $1.50, provided no permit shall be issued to cut more than 35 feet of curb for any one opening.
