§ 97.015  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No construction or repairs shall be commenced on any street until a permit therefor shall have been given by the Director of the Department of Public Services and a permit fee paid, the amount of which fee shall be prescribed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
