§ 97.003  REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the repair of a motor vehicle on the streets or rights-of-way of the city except for emergency purposes.
