§ 90.09 FILING OF RATES AND CHARGES.
   Beginning on August 1, 1980, and thereafter, no alarm business shall conduct its business within the village without having filed with the City Manager a schedule of rates and charges. The alarm business license, as provided for in § 90.07 hereof, of any such alarm business failing to file a schedule of rates and charges on or before August 1, 1980 shall be revoked. All applicants for alarm business license shall file with the Manager a schedule of rates and charges for its services before any alarm business license shall be issued. At any time there is to be a change in rates and charges of an alarm business for services provided within the village, the alarm business shall file a new schedule of rates and charges reflecting such changes to be effective on 30 days notice. No alarm business engaging in that business in the village from and after August 1, 1980 shall charge for the services it provides other than those rates and charges which are on file with the Manager. So long as any alarm business utilizes the premises of the Indian Hill Rangers, the City Manager, or Council may, from time to time, require such supporting data and information as he shall determine is appropriate to demonstrate the reasonableness of all rates and charges to be filed by an alarm business with rates and charges on file.
