§ 90.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $50 for each offense. A person so fined may pay the $50 within 168 hours of the date of the citation without court appearance or may appear in court at the time and place indicated in the citation.
