§ 70.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found guilty of violation of any provision of §§ 70.09 through 70.14 and Chapter 73, Schedule I shall be assessed the following fines.
         (a)   For unlawful parking in a handicap zone: An amount set by Council from time to time for each offense.
         (b)   For unlawful parking in a fire lane: An amount set by Council from time to time for each offense.
         (c)   For all other violations set forth in this chapter: An amount set by Council from time to time for each offense.
      (2)   For each infraction, and the continuation of an infraction for the period of more than two hours after any ticket, notice or citation has been given indicating a violation thereof shall constitute a separate chargeable infraction.

   (C)   Where there is a violation of any provision of § 70.18, the police officer of the town shall charge such violation on the uniform traffic summons form and any person violating § 70.18 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time. Any person convicted of a second or subsequent violation of § 70.18 may be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each succeeding violation.
