At any time it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand in any of the following place except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device:
(A) In any intersection;
(B) In any crosswalk;
(C) Upon a bridge;
(D) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within 30 feet of a point of the curb immediately opposite to the end of the safety zone;
(E) In any designated fire lane;
(F) In any designated handicapped space;
(G) Within 30 feet of a traffic, signal beacon or sign on the approaching side;
(H) At any intersection or crosswalk as indicated by yellow line or no parking sign;
(I) At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than 18 feet;
(J) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant where marked by signs or yellow paint;
(K) At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway;
(L) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any Fire Department station or on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any such station within 75 feet of entrance when proper signs are posted;
(M) On any sidewalk or parkway; and
(N) At any place where official signs or curb markings indicate.
