§ 70.14  TRAFFIC TICKETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person except a police officer or other person charged by law with the duty of enforcing traffic laws in the town to place or cause to be placed any traffic law violation ticket on or in any motor vehicle of the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any vehicle and traffic violation ticket or other notice relating to traffic law violation in the town after such ticket or notice has been placed on or in such vehicle by a police officer, except for the purpose of answering such notice or ticket as required therein.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to alter, change, erase, substitute, add to or in any other way vary language, syllable or notation on any such traffic violation ticket by a police officer or other person so authorized by the town.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely swear that he or she was compelled to attend any judicial or administrative proceedings so as to be exempt from liability under § 70.12 as provided by § 70.13.
