151.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates Section 151.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Whoever violates Section 151.10 is, for a first offense, guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon any subsequent violation of any of the provisions of Section 151.10, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
