151.09 TRESPASSING AT ELMWOOD PARK AND MUNICIPAL RECREATION CENTER.

   No person shall loiter, congregate, gather or use any facility of the Elmwood Park and Municipal Recreation Center or be in or upon its grounds or roadways between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day without proper authorization from the Recreation Director, unless there is an officially scheduled function of the City.
