144.02 DUTIES OF COMMISSIONER; OTHER EMPLOYEES .

The Building Commissioner shall be the head of the Building Department and shall administer Part Thirteen of these Codified Ordinances and have all of the duties set forth therein and in Section 144.01. Other full or part-time commissioners or employees of the Building Department shall be appointed by the Mayor, and Council shall fix their salaries or compensation. (Ord. 1977-8. Passed 2-8-77. )
