   1363.07 CONSTRUCTION DETAILS.
   (a)   On a corner lot fences shall not be closer than five (5) feet from the sidewalk or City right-of-way.
   (b)   Fences shall not be located within three (3) feet of an adjoining property's driveway.
   (c)    Fences shall not be located within three (3) feet parallel of a structure on an adjoining property.
   (d)    A fence shall contain a gate that js at least three (3) feet wide and is located so as to provide reasonable access for safety forces.
   (e)    No fence shall be erected parallel to an existing fence within five (5) feet of
such existing fence. Access shall be provided to the area between the fences for maintenance in the form of direct access, or a three (3) feet wide gate to the area between the two fences. The gate shall be of the same material and style as the fence.
