1363.06 METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION.

Any fence or wall erected or constructed within ten feet of a property line or within 100 feet of a street line shall be constructed with smooth or finished surface facing the property line or street line, and fence posts or supporting structures shall be placed on the inside of the fence or wall.
