1363.01 DECORATIVE FENCES OR WALLS IN FRONT YARDS; PROHIBITED FENCES.

(a) Decorative fences or walls, not exceeding three feet in height, may be erected or constructed in front yards parallel to, but no further than eight feet from, the front of the building. Any fence or wall constructed under this section shall not extend into the side yard of the lot.

(b) Fences located in the front yard which are parallel to the side yard are prohibited.

(c) Fences located in the rear yards of corner lots may not extend beyond the front set back line of the adjacent property.
