1305.14 RESIDENTIAL WORK; NOISE RESTRICTIONS.

   Construction projects on or adjacent to residential properties shall be managed during the time of construction to reduce objectionable noise, dirt, debris, parking, and other nuisances that disrupt or disturb the residential character of the properties and the quiet enjoyment of the resident of such. No work or labor which causes noise or disturbance, except in an emergency affecting life or property, shall be permitted before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive. No work or labor shall be performed on Sunday, except for any owner of a dwelling personally performing work upon the premises occupied by the owner thereof, as such owner’s established personal residence, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
