1383.03 PROTECTED HILLSIDE ZONE AREAS MAP AND ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION.

   The Protected Hillside Zone Areas Map shall be available for guidance and review in the office of the Building Official, and such map shall be published as a convenient reference document and the information contained therein shall be believed to be accurate. However, the City shall not certify the accuracy of the map and shall assume no liability or responsibility for discrepancies between the map and the criteria for the Protected Hillside Zone areas as set forth in Section 1383.04. At the time of development plan review, the Planning Commission may require that the applicant submit additional, definitive documentation of existing and proposed grades. (Ord. 2017-114.
